What precautions are you taking to protect employees & customers from COVID19

Safety is paramount to us, and we have taken a number of steps to protect customers.

  1. All received games are put into Quarantine for 7 days, meaning they are not available for selection during this time.
  2. All employees wear masks and gloves to protect themselves and our customers.
  3. Received games are given an initial Wipe down on receipt, then placed ( lid open )  into our “Hot Room”, for the 7 days where the temparture is >30c to further speed up the destruction of the Virus, and the air is passed through a high grade filteration system.
  4. All Board Games are then wiped down again with Alcohol wipes before being packed.
We continue to monitor best practice and will continue to add additional layers of protection where possible.
where do you deliver to ?
Currently we deliver to the mainland UK at no additional cost, we maybe able to deliver further afield but at additional costs – please contact us if you would like additional information.
I live nearby, and opted to collect my games, when and where can i do this ?

Games are collected from our store in Walsall town centre ( Find us  )

we will email you a week before you can swap games to see if you want to keep any, and to arrange a date / time for collection & drop off of your current games.

How does the Referral programme work ?
We beleive the service we offer is unique and worth sharing, so when you sign up – you are given a Referral ID, that is unique to you. Simply share this with friends and when they sign up with your code, they get a benefit, and so do you. – Win Win for you both !
What are the referral benefits?

If someone signs up using your code then you get an additional month discount of 30% off.
The person signing up with receive a 3 month discount of 30% off.
